1. Your rental includes delivery and setup from 8-10AM on the first day of your rental and pick-up from 7-9PM on the last day of your rental. We'll confirm your specific times the day before. If your event has a certain start/end time that you'd like us to accommodate, please leave a note.
2. To keep your rental later than 9PM or overnight, please book for 2 days. Day 1 is full price, and additional days are 50% off.
3. NOW OFFERING WEEKEND RATES! Get your rental item(s) Friday night for FREE when you keep book for the whole weekend. Book your 2 days (Sat & Sun) and toggle on the weekend rate option in your cart.
4. FREE DELIVERY throughout Haldimand-Norfolk & Six Nations! Delivery fees apply for other regions. You must select a delivery option at checkout.

Each rental includes 25 portions of your choice of flavour, so you can customize the experience to your guests' tastes.

Concession Rental FAQs
Do you deliver and set up the concession machines?
Yes! Delivery, setup, and takedown are all included. We’ll show you how to operate the machine before we go, and we leave a laminated instruction sheet as well.
Is everything I need for my popcorn, snow cones, or cotton candy included?
Each rental includes enough supplies for 24-28 servings, depending on the machine type. You can add more servings when you are adding the machine to your booking, or contact us to increase your order. You’ll just need to supply the ice (for snow cones).
Do I need a special outlet or extension cord?
Nope! Our machines run on a regular household outlet. We bring extension cords for each machine to be used if needed.
Can kids use the machines?
Adult supervision is required for safety, but kids love helping out with serving! We’ll show you how to use everything and make sure it’s easy and safe to operate. We recommend that children wear safety goggles and gloves.
Do we need to clean the machines when we're done?
No cleaning needed on your end! Just unplug it after the event and we’ll handle all the cleanup when we pick it up.
