Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans change. We will do our best to accommodate every reasonable request.

We require at least 7 days' notice for cancellation of any rental booking. If you cancel with 7+ days notice, there is no cancellation fee. 

If you provide 6 days' notice or less, we charge a cancellation fee of $100 per inflatable rented. For non-inflatable items, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental cost per item rented.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking total.
