What types of inflatables do you rent?

We offer a wide range of inflatables including bouncy castles, bounce + waterslide combo units, water slides, toddler units, and obstacle courses. All of our bouncy castles have a basketball net inside for added fun. The pools can be removed if you would prefer to use the inflatable dry, and we can hook up the hose to use water in warmer weather.

Do you provide delivery and setup?

Yes, delivery, setup, and takedown are included with all rentals. Delivery is free within Haldimand-Norfolk and Six Nations. Outside of these areas, we charge a delivery fee as outlined here. You must select a delivery option at checkout. 

What are your rental hours?

Rentals are delivered from 8-10AM and picked up from 7-9PM on your rental day. We will contact you the day before your rental with specific 1-hour setup and takedown windows. Flexible setup and takedown timing can be arranged based on your event needs, for example if you are running a fundraiser and only want the items from 1-4PM. We're flexible! 

What if my party goes longer and I want to keep the inflatable overnight? 

If you'll be keeping rental items overnight, we ask that you book for 2 days. The second day is charged at 50% of the rental rate. You're entitled to keep the rental items for the full second day, but if you'd like us to pick them up in the morning, we'll be happy to. 

Do you have weekend rates?

We do! You can book your bouncy castle or other rental items from Friday evening to Sunday evening for the same price as just Sat & Sun... the Friday overnight is free! Just select your Sat & Sun at the checkout and toggle on the weekend rate option. 

Are your inflatables safe?

Safety is our top priority. Our inflatables are made with high-quality, commercial-grade PVC materials. They are regularly inspected, thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use, and extensively deep-cleaned each month. We adhere to strict safety guidelines and industry standards. We use environmentally safe cleaning products.

Do you provide supervision for inflatable rentals?

We do not provide supervision as part of the rental. However, we require that a responsible adult monitor all rented inflatables at all times during your rental period. We can offer attendants at an additional cost if needed.

Can your inflatables be used indoors?

Our inflatables can be used indoors, provided there is enough space and ceiling height. Please contact us before booking to ensure we provide you with inflatables that will suit your needs and space.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season (May-October). You are not required to pay for your rental until the day-of, unless you are paying by credit card, in which case payment is due 3 days before to allow time for the payment to clear. We do accept last-minute (same-day) bookings when we can accommodate them; please contact us directly if this is your situation. 

What if it rains or the weather is bad?

We understand Canadian weather can be unpredictable. In case of inclement weather (heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms), we will provide a rain cheque at our discretion. We do not permit operating inflatables in extreme weather conditions for safety reasons.

Can I rent additional items, like lawn games or a popcorn machine?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of add-ons including lawn games, arcade games, concession machines, and more to complement your inflatable rental and enhance your event experience.

How much is the deposit to book?

We only require a $1 deposit to secure your booking! We are happy to make booking with Rockin' Party Rentals an accessible and affordable experience for all. We'll take the $1 deposit to book online, then you can pay by credit card 3 days before the party, by e-transfer to info@rockinpartyrentals.ca, or with cash/cheque on delivery. 

How do I pay for my rental?

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), e-transfer, cash on delivery, and cheque. Full payment is due 3 days before your rental if paying by credit card to allow time for your payment to clear. You're also welcome to pay in increments (we can work out a payment plan) leading up to the rental if that suits your financial situation. Please note: our delivery team does not carry change, so exact change is required if paying by cash.

Is it normal for customers to tip?

Tips are not expected but always very much appreciated by our delivery crew!

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Haldimand-Norfolk, Six Nations, and the surrounding area. Our headquarters is located between Simcoe and Port Dover, Ontario. You can find our delivery zones and service area outlined right here. Please contact us to inquire about rentals outside our standard service area.
