Terms of service

By using Rockin' Party Rentals Inc.'s website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking:

  1. Rental Agreement: All rentals are subject to availability and acceptance of our rental agreement. By placing an order, you agree to rent the specified equipment for the agreed-upon rental period and price. After submitting your booking and paying the deposit, we will review your booking and upon acceptance, send you the rental agreement contract to sign.
  2. Payment: Payment of a $1 deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining outstanding balance is due in full no later than 3 days prior to your event start date. We accept all major credit cards for online transactions. We also accept e-transfer and cash. Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to HST. If payment is not received in full 3 days prior to your event, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation
  3. Cancellation Policy: Failure to notify Rockin’ Party Rentals Inc. of cancellation with at least ten days’ notice will result in a cancellation charge of $100 on orders under $400. For orders over $400 there will be a $200 cancellation charge for a single unit rental or $200 per unit cancellation charge for rentals with more than one unit. Failure to notify Rockin’ Party Rentals Inc. within 24 hours of cancellation and no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the booking invoice total. If cancellation fees are incurred, your card on file will be charged and you will receive an email outlining the charges.
  4. Delivery and Setup: Delivery charges must be selected at checkout based on the delivery location. Setup, cleaning, and pick-up are included in the rental fee for every rental. Please ensure the rental space is clear and accessible prior to our arrival. We will not be responsible for delays or inability to set up due to inadequate space or accessibility
  5. Use of Equipment: The rented equipment is for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed upon. You agree to use the equipment in a safe and responsible manner and to follow all provided instructions and guidelines. You agree to adhere to all rules and regulations provided. As the lessee, you agree to ensure that all persons using the equipment adhere to the instructions, guidelines, rules and regulations.
  6. Damage and Liability: You are responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period. A valid credit card must be kept on file at all times. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any repairs or replacement costs due to damage, loss, or theft of the equipment. You may choose to pay for an optional Accidental Damage Waiver to offset any damage/replacement costs that you may incur. If damage or replacement costs are incurred, your credit card will be charged and you will receive an email outlining the charges incurred
  7. Silly String, Glitter, Face Paint, Slime, Food Items: The use of silly string, glitter, face paint, slime, and food items are prohibited on all equipment at all times. Silly string, glitter, face paint, slime, and food items can cause damage to the equipment. If upon inspection it is determined that these items have been used during your rental period, damage fees will apply.
  8. Safety: The safety of our customers is paramount. We provide safety guidelines for proper use of the equipment, and you agree to adhere to these guidelines and to supervise the use of the equipment at all times during the rental period. We will not be held liable for harm or injury
  9. Weather: In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental. We will make every effort to notify you in advance and provide alternative options. It is prohibited to keep our units inflated or in use during high winds, heavy rain, or thunderstorms. Very poor weather conditions are likely to damage the equipment. There will be NO refunds due to weather conditions.
  10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Rockin' Party Rentals Inc. its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our equipment or services, including but not limited to any breach by you of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the equipment
  11. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your rental order or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details
  12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the provincial laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Ontario, Canada
  13. Changes to Terms: Rockin' Party Rentals Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes
  14. Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law
  15. Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Rockin' Party Rentals Inc. regarding your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written, between you and us.
