1. Your rental includes delivery and setup from 6-11AM on the first day of your rental and pick-up after 6PM on the last day of your rental. We'll confirm your specific times the day before. If your event has a certain start/end time that you'd like us to accommodate, please leave a note.

2. To keep your rental later than 6PM or overnight, please book for 2 days. Day 1 is full price, and additional days are 50% off.

3. FREE DELIVERY throughout Haldimand-Norfolk & Six Nations! Delivery fees apply for other regions. You must select a delivery option at checkout.

Inflatable Rental FAQs

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes, delivery, setup, and takedown are all included within our service area. We do not allow customers to pick up and set up inflatables themselves for safety and insurance reasons.

Can you set the inflatable up on pavement or gravel?

Grass is ideal, but we can also set up on pavement or gravel with our heavy-duty tarps, supplied sandbags, and safe-landing mats. There is no additional cost for any necessary safety measures regardless of where we are setting up. Please let us know at the time of booking if we'll be setting up anywhere other than grass so we come prepared.

What power source do I need?

A standard household outlet within 50ft of the setup area is required for inflatable rentals. If you are renting more than one inflatable, two outlets on separate breakers will be needed. We also offer generator rentals.

Do you supply water?

No, you will need to provide a hose for us to hook our inflatables up to water. We do bring hose extenders with us to every waterslide setup in case they are needed.

Is cleaning required after the rental?

No cleaning necessary! Our team will thoroughly clean and sanitize every item before and after each booking.
