1. Your day rental includes delivery and setup from 8-10AM on the first day of your rental and pick-up from 7-9PM on the last day of your rental. We'll confirm your specific times the day before. If your event has a certain start/end time that you'd like us to accommodate, please leave a note.
2. To keep your rental later than 9PM or overnight, please book for 2 days. Day 1 is full price, and additional days are 50% off.

Arcade Game Rental FAQs
Do you deliver and set up the arcade machines?
Yes, delivery and setup are included with every arcade rental. We ensure each machine is fully functional before we leave, and we’ll also show you how to use it. Please note, arcades can only be set up indoors.
What type of power is needed for arcade machines?
We will need access to a standard household outlet. For multiple machines, we can use the same outlet with our power bank. If you are renting 4 or more machines, we recommend plugging into separate breakers to avoid overload. We will get everything plugged in and operational before we leave.
How much space do I need?
Most arcade machines are about 2 feet wide and 5–6 feet tall. If you are renting more than one, allow about 1 foot of space between the machines. Please make sure we have a clear path through doorways or hallways to your setup location. Let us know about stairs or tight corners in advance.
Are your arcade games set to free play?
Yes, all of our arcade units are set to free play—no coins or tokens needed. Just power them on and start playing!
What if there’s a technical issue during my rental?
We test all units before delivery, but if anything happens during your rental, we’re on-call for troubleshooting or repairs. If we can’t resolve it during your rental period (for example, if the machine requires a replacement part that we will need to order), we’ll do our best to make it right.
